You can start and stop service at any time. If you cancel anytime within a month, your credit or debit card account will be credited for any unused service. (Except for customers who purchase the Prepaid Special). Please note that if there is an extended time period in between “starting” and “stopping or pausing” services, there may be a “cleanup fee” charged for excessive waste buildup.

• Yards must be easily accessible.
• Lawns must be cut on a regular basis, without large amounts of leaves or debris. We can only pick up what we see.
• Gates should be free of snow, ice and locks (unless key or combination was supplied). If we can not enter through the gate, we will return the following week. You will be charged for a service visit.
• Aggressive dogs must be left indoors on the scheduled service day(s). We will ring your bell and ask you to bring the dogs inside. If you are not home and your dogs are out, you will be charged for a service visit.
• 2 day notice required for vacation service suspension or cancellations.

We do work all Winter. But If there is a snow fall accumulation of 1″ the afternoon day before or on your service day, we will come back your next scheduled visit to do double doody. In certain areas there might be snow drifts caused by wind. If heavy snow occurs, we might be forced to postpone your service until the following week. We will continue to pick up your dog’s waste on top of snow to prevent accumulation.
We might be forced to postpone service until your next scheduled service visit due to extreme subzero windchill temperatures or extreme heat, heavy rain, persistent rain all day, freezing rain, ice, sleet or severe flooding. We will come back your next scheduled visit to do double doody.

Most towns, cities and municipalities REQUIRE that you pick up your dog’s messes and not let them accumulate for health and sanitary reasons….Not to mention the odor!
Per the CDC (Center For Disease Control) Cleaning up after your dog helps to keep the environment clean and reduces the risk of diseases spreading to people and other animals. Always pick up dog poop and dispose of it properly. Dog poop should be picked up, even in your own yard, and especially in areas where children may play.

Dog Poop may contain many different bacteria, viruses and parasites. Here are some examples:

Cryptosporidium, Salmonella, Rabies, Giardia, E. coli, Parvovirus, Hookworms, Campylobacter, Coronavirus, Roundworms, Leptospira, Distemper, Tapeworms, MRSA, Canine Hepatitis

Dog poop is a very high contributor to contaminated water. Water supply, Recreational waterways, lakes, rivers and streams are all affected by the bacterias.

Dog poop creates a source of food to rats and other animals that will eat the undigested protein content in fecal matter. Rats also attract cats, snakes, coyotes, foxes and other predators that eat them.

NO! Dog Poop is not a good fertilizer and will provide no benefit to the soil or any plants and grass growing in it.
Dogs eat a very high protein rich diet. The resulting bi-products are slow to decompose, are too acidic and nitrogen rich and are full of bacteria and parasites, all of which to not make it a good fertilizer at all.

We promise to stay for as long as it takes to make your pet happy, secure and comfortable. If your pet needs extra time to form a bond, we will do that…whatever it takes to make Fluffy happy!
